Anna Frost is a pole instructor and contortion coach from Bristol, specialising in hardstyle pole.

 

During her 12 years of pole she has performed internationally for audiences including Glastonbury Festival, Boomtown, fashion designer Julien MacDonald, and music legends Queen.

Anna is the current Dance Filthy UK pro champion, a Spin City Pole Bible model, UPA Bringing Sexy Back poster girl runner up, and winner of the "Most Inclusive" industry award at Pole World Festival.
